The success of any product comes down to meeting user needs and staying competitive in an evolving landscape. The following are fast, impactful features that delivered enhanced capabilities to our users and led to the creation of higher-performing forms. In a little over a month we were able to make a real impact on a feature request backlog by prioritizing speed and planning for future iterations based on feedback. These additions contributed to a more robust user experience and a stronger market position for our product.
Features
Scheduled Forms
A highly requested feature to allow users to schedule form publish and unpublish dates.
Envisioned and delivered in about 2 weeks, with input from our UX copy, user research, and design system teams. Scheduled Forms beat adoption expectations and was a hit with our users when it was rolled out ahead of Black Friday.
Responsive blocks
Enabling responsive forms in Klaviyo by allowing users to set specific blocks to be shown on mobile or desktop devices.
While the video shows a simple interaction of a user setting specific messages for each device, this capability unlocks the ability to apply custom styling, include special device-specific offers within one form, or optimize consent collection format depending on device.
Full-page forms
This new form type allows for a more immersive, edge-to-edge presentation of Klaviyo forms.
With designs prepared ahead of time in an independent push I made months earlier, I was able to hand the work off to an engineer as soon as resources were available and we delivered full-page forms in about a week. Adoption was boosted through three templates I designed to launch alongside the new feature.
